Yuji Kayama is an character who only appeared in the Sailor Stars season of the anime. He was a student at Juban Public High School. He's also the captain of the Juban American-style football team and was considered to have a bright future in the world of sports.

Nomenclature & Etymology

Etymology

Yuji's family name means "increase" (加) and "mountain" (山). His given name means "masculine" (雄) and "second" (二).

Appearance

Yuji is a tall high schooler who has tan skin, dark hair, and brown eyes. He is also very muscular (probably due to his training), which is probably one of the two reasons Sailor Iron Mouse chose him as a target.

Information

After practice one afternoon, Chuuko Nezu met up with him and tried to ask for an interview. When he refused, claiming that he was busy, she revealed herself to be Sailor Iron Mouse and removed his Star Seed. When it turned out to be a blank, he transformed into the Phage Sailor Guts.

Usagi had been nearby when he was attacked and she transformed into Eternal Sailor Moon. After a brief battle with the Phage, she turned him back to normal with Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss.
