Uranus World Shaking is a powerful attack that Sailor Uranus uses throughout the series.
Anime
In the anime, Sailor Uranus first used World Shaking in episode 90 (although it was unnamed until the Senshi's first named appearance in episode 92) against Daimon Mikusi.
She performed the attack by raising her hand above her head, causing a ringed sphere to form inside of it.
