Summary

Minako Aino has finally won a trip to Hawaii, a dream of hers ever since she was child. Unfortunately, due to a mix-up at the airport, she instead arrives at Greece. Hibiscusy, an agent from the Hawaii branch of the Dark Agency, challenges Sailor V; she had gotten caught up in the disorder as well. Sailor V makes short work of her enemy and, after some thinking, decides that going to Greece was a good thing after all.

Plot

It's the last day to win one of the prizes from the "Summer Everything Goes Sale, Jumbo Lottery" and Minako Aino's itching for first prize: a trip to Hawaii. After bugging her mother for a lottery ticket, Minako rushed to the shopping district. When she gets there, two potential vendors are bullying another vendor for selling takoyaki at the event. Transforming into Sailor V, she tells the two bullies that there can be two takoyaki stands, but they aren't listening. She beats them up only to be interrupted by a nearby clock bell.

Realizing that the lottery stand will close soon, she hurries to the stand and manages to win the trip to Hawaii. Another customer, this one being Wakagi's brother, wants to take a shot at winning, but is turned down since the first prize was given away. He tells Toshio Wakagi about this, adding that he was hoping to go overseas just like him. Toshio replies that the only reason he's going to Greece is because he has to go with the Inspector General, Natsuna Sakurada. Toshio tells his brother that he could just buy a tour using the money from his job, something that his brother reluctantly agrees to.

At the Dark Agency's office, Danburite talks with one of his lackeys, Hibiscusy. She tells him that now is a great time to steal energy, with the rush to travel during summer vacation.

Meanwhile at Narita Airport, one of the attendants calls for Sailor V. Minako and her parents show up and she explains that Sailor V couldn't make it so she herself was chosen to travel in the Guardian of Justice's place. Even though the prize isn't supposed to go to anyone else, the attendant makes an exception, giving the plane tickets to Minako.

After hearing about the flight fee, two teenagers try to sneak on board. Overhearing their complaints, Minako quickly transforms into Sailor V to intimidate the boys. A security guard demands to know where the ne'er-do-wells are. Scared by the two authority figures, the teens hurriedly explain that they didn't have the money to pay the fee even though they wanted to. The guard ignores this; if they can't pay then they can't board the plane, period. Sailor V tells the two that they could ask someone who's going on the same tour to pay for them, patting the back of Wakagi's brother as she does so.

Other people start to notice Sailor V and ask her if they can take a picture of her. As Sailor V basks in the attention, Mrs. Aino asks her husband for the camera. She wonders where Minako is for a brief moment before asking Wakagi's brother if he could take the picture of her and Sailor V for her.

Not to far away from this commotion, Natsuna tells Toshio to check what all the hubbub is about. When she hears Sailor V's name, she quickly becomes enthusiastic, wanting to know what the Guardian of Justice is doing here. Once informed that Sailor V is off to Hawaii, Natsuna immediately decides to go with her, much to Toshio's protests.

Having finally extracted herself from the crowd of fans, Sailor V rushes off to the women's restroom to revert back to her civilian identity. Wakagi's brother follows her in the hopes to snap a picture of Sailor V as a survivor for his first trip overseas. Unfortunately, he takes one right as Minako exists the room, making her exclaim that he's a pervert. A couple of girls not far off from them start whispering to themselves, wondering what his intentions are, while he desperately tries to defend himself.

Knowing that the plane will depart soon, Minako hurries to find her parents when a voice over the intercom announces that the Aino party should head to the correct gate immediately. She hurries to find her parents, Wakagi's brother following her due her being in the same tour group as him. After finally finding her mom and dad, who were busy buying stuff from one of the airport's stores, the three Ainos board a plane. Taking a seat, Minako is surprised to find Gurikazu Amano on the same flight. When she asks him if he's going on the same tour as her, Gurikazu tells her that this flight is headed to Greece.

Back at the airport, one of the employees is in a frenzy: apparently a number of passengers intended to go to Hawaii got on the wrong flight. Seizing this opportunity, Natsuna tells the employee that she'll take the empty seats, handing over a bunch of cash as she does. The employee decides to let her and her Special Police Force board as it's about to leave anyway.

Hibizcusy welcomes the passengers as she remarks about how much energy she's gathering from all the tourists. Toshio comments that he's suddenly feeling exhausted. Natsuna steamrolls over his comment, her excitement at being together with Sailor V in Hawaii at palpable levels. To her disappointment, Sailor V is nowhere to be seen when they finally arrive. One of the passengers explains that the Guardian of Justice had to send someone in her place because she was too busy to attend, but another passenger points out that Sailor V was spotted at the airport and even suggests that her replacement was nothing more than a disguise.

Natsuna realizes the possibility that Sailor V was the one who didn't make it to the plane on time. One of the stewardess' remembers that there was a flight to Greece that was going to take off at the same time. Sure enough, the stewardess on that flight confirms that there was a big mix-up. Hibiscusy overhears all of the kerfuffle and offers to take the misplaced passengers to their original destination. When Hibicusy, Natsuna, and Toshio finally arrive at Greece, all three of them wonder where Sailor V could be.

Meanwhile at Acropolis Hill, Minako takes in the sight of the ancient citadel. This doesn't last for long as she suddenly remembers that she wasn't supposed to go here. Her mother shoots down her complaints, saying that she might as well take advantage of this unforeseen opportunity.

Wakagi's brother recalls all of the misfortunes he's gone through since that day at the shopping district. Balling a fist, he curses Sailor V for everything. At the same time, Minako senses someone nearby who wishes to harm her.

A chuck of building starts falling. Gurikazu pushes Minako to the side while the rock hits Wakagi's brother. Gurikazu adjusts his glasses, stating that he smells a mystery. This is quickly shot down when two archeologists on top of the citadel apologize for the mishap.

Bemoaning his bad luck, Wakagi's brother blames Sailor V again. His hatred for the Guardian of Justice catches Hibiscusy's attention. She tells the Special Police Force that she go and find the misplaced passengers now that they've safely reached Greece. Natsuna runs after her, hoping to meet Sailor V's replacement.

Hibiscusy gets distracted by a group of Japanese tourists who ask if she can take their pictures. She happily agrees. Using a special camera, she's able to rob the tourists of their energy. However, she isn't very satisfied with this; most of the tourists who come to Greece are older than the ones that usually visit Hawaii. That's when she sees Wakagi's brother, who's still cursing Sailor V. She catches his attention by acting flirty and offers to help him out before placing a spell on him.

With a start, Minako realizes she was separated from the tourist group she had ended up joining. After looking around, she spots some of the other tourists, alarmed to find them laying on the ground. As she wonders what happened, a laugh resounds through the air. The laugh is coming from a figure who stands on top of the pillar, calling to Sailor V. Minako turns to look at the newcomer to see someone who introduces himself as Masked Aloha, really Wakagi's brother in disguise. He tells Sailor V that if she wants the tourists to live, she'll show herself to him.

Bewildered by the strange man, Minako asks Boss if Masked Aloha is their enemy. Boss is just as confused as she is, but does tell her that the man seems to have a very large grudge against her and that it has something to do with Hawaii. Using this little bit of information, she transforms into a Hawaiian bikini girl. This manages to catch Masked Aloha off guard; making him faint via a nosebleed. Minako realizes that the man wasn't their enemy.

After this failure, Hibiscusy introduces herself, explaining that she's from the Hawaii branch of the Dark Agency. She dislikes being stuck on a continent where human energy is nowhere near the amount of what she usually gets in Hawaii. Angered by her cavalier attitude, Minako transforms into Sailor V. Because she lost her chance to go to the one place she always wanted to visit, Sailor V warns her enemy that she'll be taking out her frustrations on Hibiscusy. Punching Hibiscusy into the air, she finishes off her enemy. She heals the tourists affected by Hibiscusy's powers. A few of the tourists who gathered to watch the fight ask the Guardian of Justice if they can take a picture of her with the Parthenon in the background. Sailor V readily accepts, thinking that maybe going to Greece was a blessing after all.

Meanwhile, Wakagi's brother wakes up from his stupor. Confused by the costume, he can't seem to recall what happened to him. Alarmed to find himself all alone, he continues to blame Sailor V for his troubles.

Arriving at the Parthenon, Natsuna and Toshio discover that no one else is there, the Inspector General disheartened by her missed opportunity to finally meet Sailor V.

Sometime later, back in Japan, Minako gives Hikaru Sorano a rug as a gift.
