Venus Star Power, Make Up is the second phrase used by Minako Aino which allowed her to transform into Sailor Venus. It first appeared in the anime in episode 65, and Act 16 in the manga. It was used until Venus Crystal Power replaced it.
Transformation Sequence.
The transformation sequence is the same as the other Inner Sailor Senshi. In the beginning of the transformation sequence, Minako holds her hand up and her fingertips turn orange. Afterwords, her Star Power Stick appears and the transformation begins.
