Template:InfoboxAttackVenus Love and Beauty Shock is an attack that Sailor Venus uses in most versions of Sailor Moon. She gains this attack when she upgrades to her "Super" form.
Anime
In the anime, the attack first appeared in the anime at episode 154 where it was used against the Amazoness Quartet. When she performed the attack, Sailor Venus held out her hand and the symbol of Venus appeared then disappeared in a flood of golden sparkles. Sailor Venus then winked and kissed her hand, making a golden heart appear above her palm. She flung out her hand and the heart multiplied into many which spun in a circle around her for a moment before coalescing into one heart again, which flew through the air and struck the target.
Manga
In the manga, this attack first appeared in Act 39 after Minako received the Venus Crystal and used it to transform for the first time into Super Sailor Venus. She used it to destroy Xenotime and Zeolite.
To perform the attack, Sailor Venus held her Love Whip in front of her as she called out the name. The whip would then emit a blast of energy at her target.
Musicals
The attack first appeared in the musical Sailor Moon SuperS - Yume Senshi - Ai - Eien ni..., where it was used against Lemures.
Video Games
Venus Love and Beauty Shock appeared in several video games, including Sailor Moon SuperS: Fuwa Fuwa Panic, Sailor Moon Sailor Stars: Fuwa Fuwa Panic 2 and Sailor Moon SuperS: Zenin Sanka!! Shuyaku Soudatsusen.
