Blond girls with blue eyes

For those who haven't learned, there are exactly two blond girls who have blue eyes. One is named Serena Tsukino whose Sailor Scout form is Sailor Moon and another is Mina Aino whose scout form is Sailor Venus. They both have their own cats as pets and their hairstyles are different. I know they sometimes screw things up, but they're still friends.
