Haruka's Lip Rod.
Uranus Planet Power, Make Up (ウラヌス・プラネット・パワー・メイクアップ) was a phrase used by Haruka Ten'ou in order to become Sailor Uranus. It was first used in episode 106 in the anime and Act 27 in the manga
Transformation Sequence
Haruka's transformation begins with the Uranus symbol spinning onto the Lip Rod. The Lip Rod appears in Haruka's hand and transformation begins.
Haruka then holds out the Lip Rod while she spins and forms a circle outline of wind around her. She then brings her arms in close to herself before the wind rises up surrounding her. Once the wind is gone Uranus pushes her hair back and her lip gloss is applied. She then spins around before striking her pose.
