Haruka is able to raise her hand in the air and use the crystal to transform into Super Sailor Uranus.
âEternalâ
In Act 49 of the Dream arc Haruka raised her hand and yelled âUranus Crystal Power!â to give power to Eternal Sailor Moonâs Eternal Tiare and transformed into a form similar to Eternal Sailor Moonâs (referred to by fans as Eternal Sailor Uranus), along with the other Sailor Senshi.
Act 49 command
In the Stars Arc, Sailor Uranus was âEternalâ. However Haruka was never shown shouting a transformation phrase for her Eternal form, but it can be pressumed that the phrase is âUranus Crystal Power, Make Upâ like the Inner Senshi.
Trivia
- A similar transformation brought about by Hotaru's power happened in the first episode of the fifth season of the anime.
