In his human form, Tiger's Eye appeared as a young man with long, shoulder-length, orange hair and brown eyes. He wore a white tank top with black shoulder pads and long white gloves that reach up to his shoulders. For pants, he wore a black swimsuit-like bottom, tiger-striped leggings, and tall black boots. His accessories include a large red headband, rectangular earrings, a yellow and white beaded necklace, a bracelet, multiple rings on his fingers, and two streaks of paint, one red and one blue, under his left eye.
Tiger's Eye is the 2nd member of the Amazon Trio to be sent out, appearing in Act 39. He was originally a tiger until the Amazoness Quartet turned him into a human in order to work for them and the Dead Moon Circus.
In Act 41, his intended target is Rei Hino, also known as Sailor Mars. Rei becomes trapped in a house of mirrors and is confronted by a smaller version of herself, which says that it is the "real" Rei. The smaller version of herself says that she is unhappy that her friends are limiting her and that she must seek out happiness for herself. The younger version of herself says that she has even found a man - and then kisses Tiger's Eye. Rei realizes that this is a trick and uses her ofuda in the mirror, banishing the image and returning to her real reflection. Tiger's Eye, in his tiger form, goes to PallaPalla, who calls him a fool. The younger version of Rei appears again, but the real Rei refuses to listen and tries to transform. She is unable to transform and collapses to the floor. PallaPalla sends Tiger's Eye again, telling him to devour her body and soul. When he goes to do so, Rei's crows, Phobos and Deimos, chase him away and throw their feathers at him. Phobos and Deimos transform into their sprite forms and awaken her. She then transforms into Sailor Mars and destroys Tiger's Eye with Mars Flame Sniper.
