The Ultimate Monster is the theoretical result of the fusion of the Seven Great Monsters and the most powerful weapon of the Dark Kingdom. It is only mentioned in episode 41.

In Queen Beryl's story, it is shown to be a giant-shadowed monster with a humanoid form. It has shining eyes and a big mouth with sharp teeth and fangs. It has demon-like horns and big hands with big claws.

Queen Beryl decides to re-capture the humans and re-awaken the Seven Great Monsters. Although defeated individually, together they will create a monster that, according to her, the Sailor Guardians will be no match for and it will kill them. She sends Prince Endymion to capture them with the Black Crystal, but Sailor Mercury destroys the crystal, releasing the Seven Great Monsters that are already captured. So, this Monster is never created or seen.

According to Queen Beryl, this is the most powerful Monster that has ever existed and the Sailor Guardians have no chance against it. However, because it is never created, the Sailor Guardians never fight it; thus, their attacks are not known. In Queen Beryl's story, it is shown to use it claws to attack and kill the Sailor Guardians.
