Wiseman transforms Chibiusa into the evil Black Lady. She and Prince Demande travel to the twentieth century, intent on opening a giant Dark Gate there.

At the Crystal Palace, The Sailor Guardians and Tuxedo Mask are searching for Chibiusa who went missing. They split up so they can search every room in the palace.

Wiseman is then seen with Chibiusa, who tells her that her parents didn't love her. He conjures up a memory where Chibiusa ran after a frog in the rain and fell over. Neo-Queen Serenity and King Endymion refused to help her up, leading Chibiusa to believe they don't love her. She also remembers how nobody remembered her birthday.

Wiseman then uses these memories to brainwash Chibiusa into joining him. He uses his powers to age her and she becomes Black Lady. The two then leave and Wiseman introduces her to Prince Demande.

Saphir then appears and tells him that he shouldn't be trusting Wiseman. Demande then says that it's only because of Wiseman's knowledge of the Evil Black Crystal that they are so close to conquering Earth. He then tells Saphir to keep an eye on the energy reactor for the Evil Black Crystal.

Back at the Crystal Palace, Sailor Pluto tells the Senshi that Chibiusa's returned to the past and that she sense's that Chibiusa is no longer herself. The Senshi and Tuxedo Mask return to the past to look for her.

Meanwhile, Black Lady and Prince Demande appear in another part of Tokyo. They stake a shard of the Evil Black Crystal in the ground and it creates a black aura in the sky.

The Sailor Senshi see the dark energy in the sky and hurry towards it but they're stopped by Black Lady. Luna P starts to beep and flies towards Black Lady. The Sailor Senshi notice how Black Lady hugs Luna P and realize that Black Lady is Chibiusa.

Black Lady then uses Luna P to attack the Sailor Senshi. Sailor Moon uses the Silver Crystal and almost attempts to heal Black Lady. Wiseman then appears and reminds her nobody loves her.
