The Talismans (known as Crystal Treasures in the Cloverway dub of the anime) are three objects that were sealed inside three very special Pure Heart Crystals. They are the Space Sword, wielded by Sailor Uranus; the Deep Aqua Mirror, wielded by Sailor Neptune; and the Garnet Orb, wielded by Sailor Pluto.

- The three Talismans are inspired by the Imperial Regalia of Japan, three legendary treasures used in the enthronement ceremony of the Japanese emperor. These items are the sword (Kusanagi-no-Tsurugi), the mirror (Yata no Kagami), and the jewel (Yasakani no Magatama). According to tradition, they were given to Ninigi-no-Mikoto, the legendary founder of the Japanese imperial line, by his grandmother, the sun goddess Amaterasu-ōmikami.
- This legend has also been used - in different forms - in other anime franchises, including Yuu Yuu Hakusho, GS Mikami, and Samurai Troopers (Ronin Warriors).
