Spotted Tilmun was a member of the Black Moon Clan in the Sailor Moon musicals.

He had a half crescent moon on his forehead, which the history of it was never explained.
Biography
Esmeraude frowned upon Spotted Tilmum because of his half crescent moon on his forehead. He was friends with both Aaron and Manna because they didn't fit in with the rest of Black Moon Clan. When the Black Moon Clan held a contest to lure out the Sailor Soliders, he posed as announcer under the alias "Roppongi Tilmun." Spotted Tilmun got killed trying to protect Aaron and Manna from Wiseman.
