Template:InfoboxCharacter Shingo Tsukino is Usagi Tsukino's little brother in all versions of the series.
Shingo appears in the first episode of the anime and the first act and volume of the manga. He and Usagi have a typical sibling relationship, they often tease each other, Shingo calls her "Stupid Usagi" and teases her about her clumsiness and laziness. Although they bicker, both siblings care deeply for each other.
He enjoys video games and playing pranks on Usagi. He respects Sailor Moon and Sailor V immensely, but of course does not know their true identities. In the beginning, he is very afraid of cats, as he was bitten by one when he was younger, and he cannot stand Luna[1]. Sailor Moon appeared to him and asked him to watch over Luna, which seemed to ease his fear. Shingo attends school with Chibiusa at Juuban Municipal Primary School, where he makes good grades. For a time, Shingo had a crush on Ami, as he felt that she treated him with more respect than the other girls. Shingo's seiyuu in the anime is Chiyoko Kawashima.
In the anime, he had a fear of cats, which caused him to initially dislike the fact that Luna came to live in the Tsukino home, but he overcame his fear when Sailor Moon asked him to. He was also friends with Mika Kayama, a little girl who went to his school and made dolls and he also had a brief crush on Ami.

Shingo appeared as Baseball manager in The King of Braves GaoGaiGar, Webdiver and he wear MLB Uniform Houston Astros His partner with Al Rosen and Dick Wagner. In Daigunder and Pluster World he wear MLB Uniform St. Louis Cardinals His partner with Whitey Herzog.
Trivia
- He was based on the author of the manga, Naoko Takeuchi's real brother.
- In Daigunder Episode 11 Shingo Tsukino was attack by Battle Robot Criminal Chanelle and the Pure Heart Crystal was removed and put in the box while lock by Tiffany Breakfast and Mika Kayama given back the Pure Heart Crystal to Shingo.
