Shingo Tsukino is the son of Kenji Tsukino and Ikuko Tsukino. He is also Usagi Tsukino's younger brother.
Appearance
Shingo has green eyes and yellow ochre-colored hair.

In the Materials Collection, it is noted that he is a brat and that he is popular in his class.
