Setsuna Meiō is the civilian identity and present-day incarnation of Sailor Pluto.
Profile
Setsuna Meiou is the oldest of the nine Sailor Senshi. She is a college student while the others are still in middle or high school. Despite being the eldest, Setsuna never assumes any type of official leadership role. Even among the Outer Senshi, she frequently defers to Sailor Uranus and Neptune. She has a special relationship with Chibiusa.
Appearance
Setsuna had dark green hair with some in a bun and the rest hanging down freely. She had dark garnet colored eyes. Her skin also seemed to be darker than it was in the anime.

Sailor Pluto
Setsuna's Senshi identity, this was the form Setsuna took on after she transformed for the first time.
Super Sailor Pluto
This is Setuna's second senshi uniform in the anime and manga that she transforms into first during Act 39 of the manga by using her Pluto Crystal, given to her by her Hotaru, but no new name is given. In episode 167 of the anime she has a similar transformation and the title Super Sailor Pluto is used.
Princess Pluto
During the Silver Millennium, she was the ruler of the planet Pluto and was given the duty to protect the solar system from outside invasion. She wore a black gown with four straps and a choker. During her time as a Princess she dwelt in Charon Castle.

Eternal Sailor Pluto
This was an manga exclusive transformation of Setsuna's in Act 42, this form was unnamed but was similar to Eternal Sailor Moon albeit without wings.
Evil Sailor Pluto
This was a manga exclusive form of Setsuna after she was killed by Sailor Galaxia and revived in Act 49. She wears bracelets similar to Sailor Galaxia and fights for her to kill Sailor Moon.

- Her Surname "Meiō" comes from the planet Pluto itself (Pluto; jap. 冥王星, Meiōsei).
- Setsuna shares her first name with Setsuna Higashi/Cure Passion, a character from Fresh PreCure!, another magical girl series from the well-known and popular PreCure franchise.
- She is the talest among the Solar System Sailor Senshi with the Height of 6'0" (182.88 cm). But ironically, her guardian Planet is the smallest.
