Template:InfoboxCharacterSaori only appeared in Sailor Moon Super S. She went to school and university with Mamoru and had a crush on him but didn't realise that their friend Kobayashi had a crush on her. Thinking that Usagi wasn't a serious girlfriend to him she planned to confess her love with a present of a tie. When she was targeted by Dream Mirror she witnessed the fight between Usagi and Mamoru and a Lemures. Sailor Moon got in the way of a Lemures attack so Mamoru wouldn't get hurt and he called out his nickname for her (Usako) worrying that she was going to die. Saori decided that she couldn't compete with Sailor Moon and her strong love for Mamoru so she gave the tie to Kobayashi instead.
