Sailor Pluto

Template:InfoboxCharacter Sailor Pluto is a Sailor Senshi and the guardian of Space-Time Door. Her civilian identity is Setsuna Meiō.

She is one of the Outer Senshi. Pluto gave Small Lady, Luna-P, a ball that resembled Luna that can do magic and communicate with her.

When the Messiah of Silence appeared, Pluto rejoined the Outer Soldiers in the present. Her role in the founding and operation of Crystal Tokyo is not given in any of the Sailor Moon continuity however they were added for main characters.

Powers

Though she is guardian of the gates of time, her power over time is limited to controlling passage through the gates. Part of her duty is not to abuse the power herself. She actually can use the power of her Garnet Orb to alter the flow of time, but to do so entails a punishment of which no one knows the full extent.

Transformations

• Pluto Planet Power, Make Up - Using her Lip Rod, Setsuna transforms into her first Senshi uniform. In Sailor Moon Sailor Stars, Hotaru grants her, Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus the ability to transform into their second Senshi uniforms.

Attacks

• Dead Scream - Sailor Pluto uses her Garnet Rod to send a purple energy ball shaped like Pluto at the target.
• Time Stop - Sailor Pluto's forbidden power she used to stop time. By the third taboo of guarding the Space-Time Door, the use of this ability resulted in her death.
• Chronos Typhoon - Sailor Pluto held up her Garnet Orb and sent a cyclone of wind at her target.
• Garnet Ball - Sailor Pluto created a shield using the Garnet Orb.
• Dark Dome Close - Sailor Pluto closed the Space-Time Door from a distance using the Garnet Rod.
