Sailor Chi is the Sera Myu incarnation of the original manga character. She only appeared in the Sailor Stars musicals and along with Sailor Phi are the lowest ranked members of the entire Shadow Galactica.

Appearance
In the musicals, Sailor Chi's outfit had red highlights and she had green hair. The costume of her partner was almost identical. Later in the revision in some scenes, her outfit had matched her manga counterpart along with Sailor Phi's manga counterpart.
Biography
In each of their musical appearances, they, along with Sailor Theta were Galaxia's lowest ranked followers. They were dressed almost identical and were rarely given any dialogue. They received their orders from the other members of Shadow Galactica. There was no indication that they had a special role as Star Gardeners.
In Sailor Stars, Sailor Chi used the alias of Shadow Mantis while working under MC Fly. However, in Sailor Stars (Kaiteiban), she was simply called Sailor Chi. Also in the Kaiteiban, Sailor Chi (along with Phi and Theta) disguised herself as a backup dancer for the Three Lights while on Earth.
