Sailor Chef was a Phage created by Sailor Iron Mouse when she removed Tetsurou Yoshinogawa's Star Seed.
For his attack, he threw various kitchen items at his target. He also had an ability to materialize food out of nowhere, seeing as he created a chocolate cake in order to distract Eternal Sailor Moon. He only appeared in episode 179.
He was attacked by Star Gentle Uterus and was defeated by Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss.
