He attacked his enemies by firing balloon-like missiles at his target. He had one more attack, which consisted of gathering all his balloons to make a big one. However, the attack's outcome was never seen, as Sailor Uranus destroy the giant balloon with Space Sword Blaster. Eternal Sailor Moon then healed him with Silver Moon Crystal Power Kiss
