Saeko Yamamoto was an anime-only character who appeared in episode 38, The Snow! The Mountains! Our Friendship! And of Course, a Youma Too. She was known as a vey talented skier, and was used/brainwashed by Kunzite in another plot in order to discover [Sailor Moon|[Sailor Moon's]] civilian idenity. She transformed into the youma Blizzar.

- In the original Japanese anime, she was voiced by Yuko Sasaki, while in the English dub, she was voiced by Wendy Lyon.
- In the English dub, her name was changed to Stormy Kinkade.
