"Rainbow Moon Heart Quake" is an attack that was never used in any versions of Sailor Moon.
The name of the attack appeared in a section of the Sailor Moon SuperS Nakayoshi Anime Album titled "The Big Encyclopedia of the Sailor Soldiers' Killer Moves".
It is unknown if this was supposed to be an attack or if it was just a typo of Rainbow Moon Heartache.
