Cast[]
The musical had an all female cast with many actresses of the previous Kaguya musical returning but there are a few differences.[1][2] Chibiusa is now played by Chise Niitsu who previously played Chibi Chibi in Le Mouvement Final. Mamoru is now played by Riona Tatemichi who previously played him in The Super Live. Four of the previous six Snow Dancers return to play the Ensemble. Kakeru Ozora and Himeko Nayotake are not in this musical so their actresses do not return.

Akiko Kosaka composed many songs for the Sailor Moon franchise including Moon Revenge and Moon Color Chainon. Everyone else is an actress who played one of the Senshi in a previous musical. In general, the 17th 1330 and evening has Akiko Kosaka and ANZA, who was the first actress for Usagi. Evening has them returning with more actresses for the Inners from Bandai musicals. 18th at 1330 has Super Live actresses. 18th evening has the previous Haruka and Michiru actresses who started with Un Nouveau Voyage. 19th noon are actresses from Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon SHINING MOON TOKYO.[4] 19th evening has the Inner Senshi from Amour Eternal and Le Mouvement Final. 20th noon has Usagi and Ami who performed together in Petite Étrangère and Un Nouveau Voyage, and finally, the 20th evening performance has Yaten and Sailor Cosmos from Le Mouvement Final.

- This isn't the first Anniversary Festival Sera Myu. There was the 10th Anniversary Festival - Sanctuary of Love in 2002.
- Riona Tatemichi, who plays Tuxedo Mask, has been in many previous Sera Myu. Aside from The Super Live, she was in Le Mouvement Final, Amour Eternal, and Petite Étrangère.
- Kunishige Naoya, the Directing Assistant, is the only member of the staff and cast who has not worked on a previous Sera Myu.
