Changes: Pluto Crystal Power, Make Up

"Pluto Crystal Power, Make Up" is the 2nd transformation phrase that was used by Sailor Pluto in the manga.

Manga

“Super”

Here, she used the Pluto Crystal, raises her hand in the air, and thus uses this phrase to transform into Super Sailor Pluto.

“Eternal”

In Act 49 of the Dream arc Setsuna raised her hand and yelled “Pluto Crystal Power!” to give power to Eternal Sailor Moon then transforms into a form similar to Eternal Sailor Moon (called Eternal Sailor Pluto by fans), along with the other Sailor Senshi.

In the Stars Arc, Sailor Pluto appeared in her Eternal form but was never seen shouting a transformation phrase. However, it can be presumed that her transformation phrase, like the Inner Sailor Senshi, is the same as her Super form’s transformation phrase (“Pluto Crystal Power, Make Up!”)

Trivia

A similar transformation brought about by Hotaru's power happened in the first episode of the fifth season of the anime.
