Pink Sugar Heart Attack is an unusually strong heart-based attack used by Sailor Chibi Moon in the third season of the original anime. To perform it, she uses the Pink Moon Rod. It was first used in episode 103 of the anime and in Act 31 of the manga.
Manga
In the manga, the attack was fairly powerful, along the lines of a standard Senshi attack. Chibi Moon first used it on Tellu, and while it did not destroy her, it was strong enough to force the witch to take on her Daimon form.
Original Anime
The attack was usually unreliable, sometimes requiring more than one attempt, and was relatively weak compared to the attacks of the other Sailor Senshi; however, in episode 121 the attack seemed powerful enough to deflect Tellu's attack.
Its range was also quite limited: after a few feet, the energy pulses would lose power and fall to the ground. When performed correctly, however, it could be used to inflict discomfort upon enemies and shatter solid objects.
Crystal
In Crystal, the attack pose was similar to the First Anime, but the hearts of energy are similar to Sailor Moon's Moon Spiral Heart Attack. It was used against Tellu, but Tellu absorbed the energy to take on her Daimon form. Sailor Chibi Moon later uses the attack to strike Mistress 9 in the back, causing damage to the Daimon.

Pink Sugar Heart Attack was performed in Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon S (3DO), Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon: Another Story, and Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon SuperS: Zenin Senkai!! Shuyaku Soudatsusen by Sailor Chibi Moon.
Trivia
- In episode 157 of the anime, Sailor Chibi Moon used the Crystal Carillon to produce an attack similar to this one and used it against VesVes.
