Their first appearance was in Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon - SuperS - Dream Guardians - Love - Into Eternity... where they were loyal to Zirconia. Another group of Pierrot appeared along with the Amazon Trio.

- Even though a Pierrot did not appear in the anime, there was a Bipierrot Cardian that also had a clown-like appearance.
- There also exists a Lemures in the SuperS arc named Mr. Magic Pierrot.
- A group of clown-like Youma of the same name appears in "Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon".
