Prizma is one of the Negamoon Sisters who works for Rubeus. In the Japanese version, her name is Petz.
Her assumed counterpart is Sailor Jupiter.
In the anime
She is older than Avery, with whom she constantly bickers. Wikipedia says she is the oldest of the sisters, however in the Sailor Moon R anime, Catzi says she is the oldest.
Prizma's first mission against the Sailor Scouts was to send Droid Thunderclap to create a thunderstorm to drive Serena and Rini out of hiding. After Thunderclap was destroyed, Rubeus began sending Prizma and Avery on missions together to take over crystal points, but each of their plans, aided by Droids Jellax, Avocado, and Hypnotica, were foiled. After Catzi and Bertie turned good, Rubeus sent Prizma and Avery to turn them evil again, and gave Prizma the Negamoon Strobe. This strobe made her ten times more evil than before and she turned on Avery. The Sailor Scouts all defeated her and knocked the strobe out of her hand. When Rubeus activated its power to form a portal to suck everyone into another dimension, Prizma volunteered to jump into it to destroy it, but was stopped by Avery, and the Sailor Scouts destroyed the strobe. Afterwards, Sailor Moon healed Prizma and Avery with Moon Crystal Healing Activation.
From here, Prizma ran a cosmetic shop with her sisters. It is later revealed that she is in love with Sapphire. Prizma and her sisters found Sapphire when he was injured by Wiseman. Her fears that Sapphire would be killed if he attempted to warn his brother of Wiseman's treachery were well-founded, as Wiseman killed Sapphire.

Powers
Aside from using Nega-energy to contaminate Crystal Points in Tokyo, Prizma can attack by firing black lightning at her target. This attack was roughly equivalent to Sailor Jupiter's Sparkling Wide Pressure attack. In the Japanese version, this attack was given the name Dark Thunder. In "Sibling Rivalry", she performed a more powerful version of this attack when she wielded the Negamoon Strobe.
