PallaPalla / Sailor Pallas (manga)

Para Para is one of the Amazon Quartet who serve Zirconia and Queen Nehelenia. In the Japanese version, her name was PallaPalla.

Para Para is the youngest of the Amazon Quartet, and also the most childish. She often speaks in the third person point of view. She also plays with dolls, at one point tearing the head off one to "get rid of the toothache". She is the ball rider of the Dark Moon Circus, and attacks by trying to run her victims over on a giant ball. She has blue hair and possesses a blue orb.

Para Para made two attempts to look for the golden mirror. She never seemed to target one person, but rather a large amount of people, as she used a playhouse to open a fake dentist office, and later extracted multiple dream mirrors at once. The Remless she summons are Garigari and Peropero. Most of her remless had a friendly appearance, but could also have a sinister side to them. She also sent Mr. Magic Pierrot to kill the Amazon Trio.

Eventually, Para Para and the others were defeated by Sailor Moon. Para Para created a doll of Sailor Mini Moon to switch with the real Sailor Mini Moon so they could ride Pegasus and take the golden crystal, but were unsuccessful, and imprisoned in mirrors by Zirconia as punishment. He eventually teleported them to his battle with the Sailor Scouts where he drained their power until they smashed their orbs on the ground, giving up eternal childhood and releasing them from Nehelenia's power.

After the defeat of Queen Nehelenia (in which the Amazon Quartet took the crystal from her and gave it to Sailor Moon), Para Para was last seen with the others of the Amazon Quartet, deciding to leave quietly and that they will see the Sailor Scouts again.

Voiced by Jennifer Gould in the English anime, who also did the voice of Hotaru Tomoe.
