Ms. TogeToge is a Lemures sent by CereCere to fight Sailor Moon. She had the appearance of a humanoid rosebush.

Nomenclature & Etymology

Etymology

Her name comes from the Japanese word "toge" (刺), meaning thorn, as she has the appearance of a thorny rose. Jou (嬢) means "girl".

Information

When the Sailor Guardians attempted to stop CereCere extracting the Dream Mirror from an artist named Kamoi, she summoned Ms. TogeToge to fight them and eat the dream mirror. However, She thought the dream mirror was icky and refused to eat it. As CereCere forced her to eat it, Sailor Chibi Moon summoned Pegasus with Twinkle Yell and Sailor Moon destroyed Ms. TogeToge with Moon Gorgeous Meditation.

Powers

It was never revealed how powerful she was and what threat she posed to the Sailor Guardians.
