"Moon Prism Power, Make Up" is the first command that Usagi Tsukino used to transform into Sailor Moon. It appears in all versions of the franchise including the manga, anime, crystal, the live-action series, and many Sera Myu.
Manga
In the manga, the transformation is instant. Usagi crosses her arms and says the phrase, and the next moment, she has transformed into Sailor Moon.
Anime
The transformation starts with her hand raised and as she says the phrase her body is outlined in purple. First her fuku appears in a flurry of ribbons and then her gloves and boots. The outline disappears with a zoom in on her skirt and then her tiara and other jewellery appear. She then makes her final pose.
Crystal
The transformation sequence in crystal has many callbacks to her transformation sequence in the 90s anime but with different camera angles, camera movement, and slightly different ordering of events.
