"Moon Prism Power" is an attack that only appeared in episode 46 of the 90's anime. Princess Serenity, along with the combined powers of the spirits of the Inner Sailor Senshi, used her strength to defeat Super Beryl. The attack released a pink orb which expanded in size and engulfed Super Beryl's body completely, melting away her body into mere bones in seconds. However, it also proved lethal to even the Sailor Senshi themselves: it destroyed the platform Princess Serenity was standing on and engulfed the bodies of Prince Endymion, and the Inner Senshi.
Despite this, it seemed to respond to Usagi's wish for an ordinary life and to go back. It erased Usagi and her friends' memories of their time as Sailor Senshi and Mamoru's as Tuxedo Mask, and their interactions before they fought the Dark Kingdom, though they were now free to live without its presence.
It was heavily implied to be Usagi's ultimate attack in her first form as well as a suicide attack.
