"Moon Flower" or "Tsuki no Hana" is the main theme of Sailor Moon Cosmos and is sung by Daoko.[1][2]

- When making the song, Daoko said she re-read the manga and re-watched the anime over and over again, and also bought books and materials aimed at Sailor Moon fans.[2][3] She had personally first seen the series when in kindergarten.
- She had initially intended to make a ballad but after discussing with the film's production decided to make something "not mellow but glorious."[3]
- Though the Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Cosmos The Movie - Theme Song Collection released June 30, 2023, this song was pre-released before the rest of the album on May 26, 2023.[4]
