Moon Crystal Power, Make Up (ムーン・クリスタル・パワー・メイク・アップ Mūn Krisutaru Pawā Meiku Appu) was the second command that Usagi Tsukino used to transform into Sailor Moon. It debuted in episode 50 of the anime and Act 13 of the manga.

Sequence Details
Usagi first held up the Crystal Star as its lid opened, revealing the Silver Crystal, then waved her hand in front of the crystal, making it emit pink light. She then held the brooch above her head, suspended betweeen her hands, then she drew her hands down until the brooch was in front of her torso, where it turned over and affixed it to her chest. She spun around several times, then wings appeared on her back as pink ribbons formed her leotard. The wings vanished in a flurry of feathers and more pink ribbons formed her gloves and boots. Her skirt and back bow appeared and a crescent moon began to glow on her forehead; after a moment, her tiara, earrings and odango covers appear and Sailor Moon assumes her finishing pose.
The Transformation in the English Dub
Trivia
- In the DiC English dub, this transformation was called both Moon Star Power and Moon Crystal Power. At one time, it was called Moon Prism Power.
- In Act 13 of the manga, Usagi used the empty Crystal Star to transform into Sailor Moon while the Silver Crystal was still attached to the Moon Stick. In Act 23, however, she only had to use the Silver Crystal to transform with this command.
