Moon Crystal Power, Make Up (ムーン・クリスタル・パワー・メイク・アップ Mūn kurisutaru pawā meiku appu) was the second command that Usagi Tsukino used to transform into Sailor Moon.

Usagi raises the Crystal Star, waves her hand over it, and it begins to make noise. Usagi then holds her brooch over her head, and puts it on, and wings form from her back, and everything else is similar to the first transformation. But the moon behind Usagi had roses on it, which differed from the first transformation.
