Trivia
- In the manga, Chibiusa and Usagi were able to transform separately if needed. This was also shown once in episode 30 of the SuperS season off-screen.
- In the CWI English dub, this transformation was called Moon Cosmic Dream Action. In the SuperS movie it was called Super Moon Crisis Power.
- Although the transformation could be used separately, there was never a transformation sequence made separate for Chibi Moon or Sailor Moon in the original anime.
