Mio Kuroki is a character who appears only in Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon. She appears as an idol who gains over-night popularity and becomes the rival to Minako Aino, when the truth was the she was actually the "shadow" of Queen Beryl sent to Earth to spy on the Sailor Senshi.

Etymology
"Kuroki" (黒木) in her family name mean "black wood," which could be the reason why she took the form of a monstrous plant in the Special Act.

Mio was created sometime between Act 25 and 28 by Queen Beryl and Jadeite.
Special Act
Powers
Mio has mind control powers as well the ability to injuire people telepathically. She had these powers before the Special Act. Later when she returned in the Special Act, she had gained the ability to summon her own Youma on her own. She also created herself a new costume in the Act.
