Minotauron (ミノタロン, Minotaron) is the second Cardian that Ail and An send to drain energy. She appeared in Episode 2 of Sailor Moon R. She attacks by using her horns to drain energy from her victims.
When Naru, Ami, Rei, Makoto, and Minako were being auditioned for a movie, Ail and An attacked it and released Minotauron to drain energy from them for the Makaiju. Minotaur drained Naru's energy before Usagi transformed into Sailor Moon to fight her. However, Minotauron gained the advantage and began to drain her energy. Luna's only option was to restore the memories of the other four Sailor Senshi. They transformed and attacked her. Sailor Mercury's "Shabon Spray" distracted Minotauron long enough for them to get Sailor Moon away from her, and she was injured by Sailor Jupiter's "Supreme Thunder" before Sailor Mars and Sailor Venus destroyed her by combining their "Fire Soul" and "Crescent Beam" attacks.
Her name comes from her resemblance in appearance to a minotaur.
