Makoto Hanmatsuura (はんまつうら まこと, Hanmatsūra Makoto) is the owner and clerk of the pawn shop Hammer Price Hall. He only appears in the manga side story The Secret Hammer Price Hall.

- Makoto Hanmatsuura was the real life winner of a charity auction for victims of the Great Hanshin earthquake. He was a big fan of Sailor Moon and won an appearance in the manga.[2][3]
- He won on a Japanese TV Show whose title translates to "Tunnels Hammer Price". Naoko Takeuchi described him as kind and chubby.[2][3]
