"Luna Prism Power, Make Up" is the command Luna Tsukino used to transform into Sailor Luna, using the Lunatia L. To use it, Luna would dial 6, 7, and 2 on the Lunatia L. The transformation depicted Luna's human actress performing various catlike poses (such as licking her paws or ears) and also featured Luna's CGI form during the transformation.
It was only used in Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon.
