"Luna P Magic" is a command used by Chibiusa to cause Luna-P to transform into an item. It was only seen in the anime. It was used in episode 62 to create a gift for Ami (since she was leaving for Germany): a sugar cane which turned into a flower bouquet when Ami held it.
