"Kinmoku Star Power, Make Up" is the transformation phrase used by Princess Kakyuu to transform into her Sailor Guardian form Sailor Kakyuu. It appears in the manga and crystal.

When confronted by Sailors Phi and Chi, Princess Kakyuu resolves to fight and transforms with this phrase. Eternal Sailor Moon watches her transform as the Princess' sleeves disappear and dress shortens. Once complete, she proceeds to challenge the pair to get the Sailor Crystals of her Sailor Starlights back.
