Kenji Tsukino (月野 謙之, Tsukino Kenji) is Ikuko Tsukino's husband and the father of Usagi Tsukino and Shingo Tsukino in the present day. He works as a magazine editor and never finds out his daughter's secret lifestyle.

- He was based on and named after Naoko Takeuchi's real father and he also shared his first name with Naoko's father.
- It is not known if Princess Serenity had a father in her past life, so Kenji is Usagi/Serenity's only known father.
