"Higher and Stronger: A Cheer from Usagi" is the 28th episode of the 3rd season of the Sailor Moon anime and the 117th overall. It aired in Japan on December 10, 1994. The CWi English dub title for this episode is "Heightened Hazard" and it aired in North America on July 19, 2000.
Summary
Usagi, Chibiusa, and Hotaru go to a sports stadium to give a letter to the famous athlete Shun Hayase. After the daimon U-Ndokai is beaten off they later watch Shun on TV setting a new record.
