"Healer Star Power, Make Up" is the transformation phrase used by Yaten Kou to transform into Sailor Star Healer. In the anime, there are two different sequences used for the transformation; the second, more elaborate one is first seen in episode 192.
Manga[]
In the manga, the transformation is instant. Yaten raises the Sailor Change Star into the air and shouts the transformation phrase, and she transforms into Sailor Star Healer the next moment.
Anime[]
The anime had two versions of the transformation.
In the first version, Yaten's Sailor Change Star appears and the star on it begins to glow. In a flash of light, the brooch affixes itself to his chest. He transforms back into female form in a flash, then with another flash, appears in a full sailor uniform. She strikes several poses, then ends in her final one.
In the second version, Yaten's Sailor Change Star appears and the star on it begins to glow. Three stars flash by and Yaten begins to spin slowly, transforming back into female form before golden energy rushes up to her body, forming her sailor uniform. She then assumes her finishing pose.
