Guardian Pluto (ガーディアン プルート, Gādian Purūto) is the guardian spirit of the Pluto Crystal and Princess Pluto. She is a Sailor Power Guardian who appears in the Dream and Stars arcs of the manga and crystal.
Appearance[]
She looks exactly like Super Sailor Pluto except she is a small fairy-like being who has a pink aura and floats in the air. Guardian Pluto continues to look like Super Sailor Pluto even after Sailor Pluto has achieved her Eternal form.
Information[]
Sailor Power Guardians are a part of their respective Sailor Guardian like their Sailor Crystal is and Guardian Pluto is no different.
Dream Arc[]
When Super Sailor Moon first summons her Holy Moon Chalice in Elysion, the Solar System Sailor Guardians suddenly and unexpectedly take their Princess forms and their Sailor Power Guardians appear before them. Guardian Pluto floats in-front of Princess Pluto and directs her to send power from Charon Castle to the Holy Moon Chalice. This upgrades Usagi into Eternal Sailor Moon and soon after when Setsuna calls Pluto Crystal Power, Make Up she transforms into Eternal Sailor Pluto for the first time.
Guardian Pluto disappears after Setsuna calls upon her castle.
Stars Arc[]
As Shadow Galactica's invasion of Earth ramps up, Setsuna, Haruka, and Michiru decide to head to their castles and raise a shield around the Solar System to halt further invasion with the help of their Sailor Power Guardians and to collect information. As Sailor Pluto arrives at Charon Castle Guardian Pluto greets her and they begin talking remotely to Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune. They look through their data before raising the shield and find their enemies come from the center of the milky way just as Sailor Galaxia arrives and kills Guardian Pluto alongside Eternal Sailor Pluto. Hotaru sensed the danger and came from Earth alongside Guardian Saturn but they were too late and die alongside Pluto.
Differences in Crystal[]
Guardian Pluto's aura is pink and outlines her in Crystal while in the manga it forms a large circle around her and its color cannot be observed as the panels are in black and white.
