Ginga TV (銀河TV; Galaxy TV ) is the base of operations of Shadow Galactica in the final season of the 90's anime.

Ginga TV is a Tokyo based television station where shows are filmed and broadcast. There are many civilians who work there who have nothing to do with Shadow Galactica. The Senshi visit several times throughout the Stars season including Minako's idol auditions and Usagi's time on a cooking show. As idols, Seiya, Taiki, and Yaten often find themselves here for work.
There are many different stages where programs are filmed and the back halls have many long hallways and dressing rooms. In a corner behind a supposedly out of service elevator lies the entrance to Sailor Galaxia's throne room.
The Sailor Animamates pose as employees of the station and have desks inside. They also use the lunch rooms and conduct their business incognito.
In the final episodes, Galaxia raises a shield around the building which Chibi Chibi is able to break through. The final battles initially take place in Galaxia's lair but eventually move to the rooftop before the entire location is obliterated.
