"Friend or Foe? Starlights and the Sailor Guardians" is the 13th episode of the 5th season of the Sailor Moon anime and the 179th of the overall series. It aired in Japan on June 29, 1996.

Summary

Taiki is invited as a guest star to a cooking TV program, and he asks Makoto if she could prepare any dish with him at the show. She is very nervous at the TV filming, so Usagi tries to help her, only to make things worse.
