Robert is a character who only appeared in episode 143 of the anime. He was a student at Juban Public Elementary School. He was also a soccer player and extremely popular with the girls.

At school one day, Robert approaches Chibiusa and asks her to go out with him. Before she can answer, he tells her that he will be waiting for her answer at 4 o'clock after his soccer practice.
Fish Eye, later that day, targets Robert for his Dream Mirror. He approaches Robert and tries to talk with him. Robert becomes bored and walks away, only to have Fish Eye reveal his true self and pulls out his Dream Mirror.
In the end, Chibiusa turns Robert down, but they still part on friendly terms.
