"Parallel Moon Power, Make Up" is the command used by Kousagi Tsukino in order to transform into a Sailor Senshi in the manga short-story Parallel Sailor Moon.

When Kousagi Tsukino calls out this phrase, a brooch appears and she transforms into her unnamed Senshi form. There are few details on her brooch.
She does this with the pink cat who convinces her to save the world. After transforming, Mina Aino, Mako Kino, Ami Jr., and Rei Jr. appear alongside Kousagi in the sky above Tokyo.
